Registration for the conference will be handled through EDAS. Please follow EDAS menu for registration or click here.

Authors must register on/by registration date to avoid late fee.
For authors presenting multiple papers, one FULL registration is valid for one paper.
Full length research papers can be 5-6 pages in length.

Registration Fee:
Register via EDAS only
International Paricipants:
Student / Faculty / Attendee: USD 120

Local Participants:
Register at the host institute or online via EDAS
Student (Speaker/Attendee): Rs. 3,000
Local Faculty: Rs. 8,000
Local Industry/ Professional: Rs. 12,000

Papers accepted for publication will pay additional SPIE charges for publishing (approximately USD 15 / paper)
Attendees will also get access to proceedings.
