Poster and Short Paper Submission Guidelines

• The submission deadline for the PhD Dissertation and Poster is August 15, 2021. The results will be announced on September 01, 2021. The HONET website should be consulted for any changes in the submission deadline and updates.

• In addition to your poster, you may also submit a short paper limited to three pages in length. Short papers must be submitted through EDAS using link https://honet-ict.org/author-inst.html. PhD Dissertation and Poster Session chairs Fareena Saqib (fsaqib (AT) uncc.edu) and Urooj Ainuddin (uroojain (AT) neduet.edu.pk) should be contacted for questions.

• The main components of the paper should follow the IEEE format (available here), the papers will go through a review process and only the accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.

• Posters and short papers will be evaluated (independently of each other) and selected based on the novelty of proposed research and demonstration as well as the clarity and completeness.
